ECCCO a été crée le 15 Novembre 2002.
11 pays ont d'ors et déjà rejoint la "European Confederation of Contact Centre Organisations"
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- Promote the exchange of knowledge and information within all of the European Contact Centre Associations and their members
- Promote the profession and recognition of Contact Centre Management in Europe
- Provide representation to Regulatory bodies and to act as a collective to influence the appropriate legislative bodies (legal situation on telemarketing database)
- Provide information on education, training program and diplomas in Europe
- Promote co-operation among its members (best practices on HR management, benchmark on indicators, 800 numbers,…)
- Develop and promote European quality standards for the contact centre industry
- Promote an European Contact Centre Award
- Promote an European call centre day
